Minimum requirements:

Substitute Teachers:

Must hold valid MN Short Call Sub License or Regular Teaching License Must be comfortable working in SpEd Classrooms with

SpEd Students Paraeducators:

60+ College Credits OR Passing Score on the ParaPro Exam At least 18 years of age Must be comfortable working in SpEd Classrooms with SpEd Students Perks you'll enjoy with

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans and provide additional support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
• Assist students in understanding and completing assignments, reinforcing classroom instruction while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions.
