Join Our Family Medicine Team in Castle Dale, Utah Castleview Physician Practices is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our busy Family Medicine practice. Position Details:

Primary Care Experience Required:

We're looking for a provider who's ready to hit the ground running.

Clinic Schedule:

Monday 8am

• 5pm Tuesday 10am to 7pm Wednesday 7am to 4pm Thursday 8am
• 5pm Friday 7am
• 4pm

Patient Volume:

15-20 patients per day in the clinic
