Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pediatrics/Internal Medicine team in Palestine, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across a diverse patient population, supporting both pediatric and adult patients in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a broad range of primary care needs and building strong long-term patient relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting Evaluate and manage acute illnesses, chronic disease conditions, and preventive care needs Conduct physical exams, wellness visits, and routine screenings Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, and overall wellness Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure coordinated patient care Qualifications Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant National certification (AANP, ANCC, PNCB, or NCCPA) Previous experience in pediatrics, internal medicine, family medicine, or primary care preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage patients across varying age groups Excellent communication and organizational skills Schedule & Compensation Full-time schedule Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
