Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Submit Apple account access requests for external vendors according to EPS directions, utilizing Apple's internal systems.
  • Reset external vendor passwords upon request from EPS to maintain secure and timely access.
  • Communicate completed access details to EPS within 24 hours of receiving the access request to ensure seamless vendor onboarding.
  • Acknowledge and review incoming shipment emails and accompanying documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate directly with shippers to resolve any discrepancies or errors in shipment details.
  • Import shipment records into Apple's systems and ensure proper transfer to unit recipients, following established processes for different shipment types and locations.
  • Track shipments daily, working closely with Designated Responsible Individuals (DRIs) to address issues and unblock delayed shipments.
  • Provide daily shipment status updates to each Line of Business (LOB) group to maintain clear communication and visibility across teams. Roles & Responsibilities

Cupertino, CA Salary Range:
$70,000 to $110000 a Year
