Job Description Description PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Priority Care (Walk‑In Clinic) team in Cottage Grove, Oregon. This is a full‑time opportunity within a collaborative, well‑supported clinic environment embedded in a primary care setting. Practice broad‑scope urgent and walk‑in care while enjoying a 4‑day work week in a close‑knit community known for outdoor access and work‑life balance. Position Highlights Full‑time (1.0 FTE) Priority Care / Walk‑In Clinic 4‑day work week Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm Priority Care embedded within a primary care clinic Care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of procedures Rapid response support from the Emergency Department available 24/7 Clinical Support and Resources Inbox Clinician Program designed to help minimize inbox burden Dedicated Clinician Well‑Being Program Onsite resources including: Behavioral Health Social Work ACC Clinic Imaging (MRI and Ultrasound) Diabetes education and nutrition services Compensation and Benefits First‑year salary guarantee: $143,707 (1.0 FTE) Production‑based compensation model with additional earning potential Employment bonus Relocation assistance with access to relocation vendors Multiple health and medical benefit plan options Retirement savings options including 403(b), 401(a), and optional 457(b) Why Cottage Grove Cottage Grove is a welcoming community of approximately 9,000 people located in the Willamette Valley, about 20 miles south of Eugene.
