Job description Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Neurologist nurse practitioner or physician assistant to work locum shifts in Providence Rhode Island (RI). Starting in October 2025, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Would consider a candidate with mixed ICU experience as long as they have competence and confidence managing neuro conditions like stroke

Procedures/Cases Required:

Neuro Critical Care Education Requirements (particular Residencies, particular Fellowships, etc.): Must have Neuro or Critical Care experience Requirements of the Neurology role: RI state license; active, unrestricted Board certified Certifications- BLS or

ACLS 1-2

years of NP/PA experience Active or transferable
