Role:

Nucor Steel Berkeley is seeking an Entry‑Level Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want hands‑on experience, real responsibility, and long‑term growth opportunities in a manufacturing environment. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.

Basic Job Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Supporting cash management, inventory accounting, and fixed asset management Assisting with forecasting, cost analysis, and expense reviews Supporting special projects and process improvements Working collaboratively with finance, operations, and other departments Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum Qualifications:
