Job Description

•We're growing!!•Join the Molecular Imaging Services team, where you will work alongside our passionate and dedicated healthcare professionals at one of the most respected diagnostic imaging companies in the nation. At MIS, we partner with medical facilities and practices across the country to provide high quality nuclear medicine programs in the outpatient setting. Our growing team is currently seeking talented Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologists in our Maryland office-based nuclear cardiology departments in Laurel and Columbia. Our technologist primary duties include safely and accurately performing nuclear cardiology procedures under the direction of a physician, including maintenance of the hot lab records, adhering to radiation safety protocols, and compliance with all accreditation, state and federal standards and regulations. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear cardiology imaging, have the ability to work independently and to work directly with practice physicians, as well as excellent customer service skills. Minimum Qualifications :
Must be a Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R.T.(N) (ARRT), in good standing or be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) through the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Nuclear Medicine Technologist State license CT certification and PET/CT experience preferred but not required Six to twelve months experience in directly related work, CPR certification required within three months of employment Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Strong written and verbal communications skills, able to interact effectively with physicians, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management Some positions require flexible travel schedules
