Job Description

Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Advance your career in medical imaging by supporting patient care as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. In this contract position, you'll play a crucial role in performing and analyzing complex diagnostic imaging procedures in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Every other weekend required
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program Active certification in Nuclear Medicine (NMTCB or ARRT-N) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and safety protocols Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills Previous experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred
Responsibilities:
Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures following established protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort Operate advanced imaging equipment to obtain quality images for accurate diagnosis Administer radiopharmaceuticals as directed by physicians and monitor patient reactions Accurately document and maintain patient records and imaging results Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to optimize imaging services Provide clear explanations and reassurance to patients and families about procedures This opportunity offers a supportive and dynamic work atmosphere where your expertise is valued and your contributions make a direct impact on patient outcomes.
