Coordine nursing care activities for inpient and outpient units, providing administrive and technical guidance to nursing personnel. Ensure implemention of the disaster plan and the disaster recall system and adherence to nursing policy and procedures as well as identify the need for revision of policies and procedures. Prepare required reports for leadership to include informion regarding all pients in the critical care and special care units, pients on the Do Not Resuscite DNR list, and any pient whose condition has unexpectedly deteriored. A Personnel Security Investigion is required This position has specific initial background investigion and periodic re-verificion requirements since its duties require interaction with children and youth under the age of eighteen (18) years of age on a recurring basis. This position may require the incumbent to work on call during irregular work hours which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or varying work schedules. In the event of severe weher conditions or other such emergency type situions (nural or man-made disaster) the incumbent may be required to report to work or remain work as scheduled to support mission operions. Licensure:
