The Compensation Model We offer a high-incentive, transparent 50/50 profit split that rewards you for your efficiency and clinical expertise.

Commission:

50% of the net profit per procedure.

The Math:

Total service price minus the direct cost of products used (e.g., the cost of the Botox vial or filler syringe).

Base Salary:

None. This is a performance-driven role for those who want to maximize their earnings beyond the standard Ohio hourly. Key Responsibilities Perform consultations and administer Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport) and Dermal Fillers . Develop customized, long-term aesthetic plans focused on natural-looking results. Maintain meticulous medical charting and photography (Before/After) standards. Stay current with the latest injection techniques and safety protocols. Manage patient follow-ups to ensure high retention and clinical satisfaction. Requirements Active Ohio Nursing License (RN or NP). Prior experience in Medical Aesthetics (minimum 1 year hands-on injecting preferred). Strong understanding of facial anatomy and complication management. Professionalism that aligns with a high-end, luxury spa environment.
