Situated within a modern 350-bed hospital, the Nurse Manager Cath Lab oversees a dynamic service line featuring multiple procedure rooms supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiology, complex PCI, structural heart, and emergent STEMI care. The department integrates seamlessly with cardiac imaging, CVICU, anesthesia, and perioperative services to streamline patient flow and deliver exceptional outcomes. As a Cath Lab Nurse Manager, this role fosters efficient throughput, high reliability, and an excellent patient and clinician experience across pre-, intra-, and post-procedure phases. With strong physician collaboration and a culture of teamwork, the Cardiovascular Services Nurse Manager helps drive best-in-class door-to-balloon times and registry performance.

Reporting to the Director of Cardiovascular Services, the Nurse Manager Cath Lab is supported by friendly nurses, clinical educators, assistant nurse managers, lead technologists, and a diverse, multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, electrophysiologists, radiology technologists, anesthesia professionals, and case management. The Cath Lab Nursing Manager leads daily operations, scheduling, staffing, supply chain and vendor relations, and budget stewardship while advancing quality, safety, and regulatory readiness. Responsibilities also include championing throughput, patient experience, and NCDR/CathPCI benchmark results, as well as mentoring emerging leaders through shared governance.
