Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Nurse Manager - Surgical Services for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bethel, AK. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of Operating Room (OR), PACU, Outpatient Surgical Services, and Anesthesia Services Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff Coordinate OR schedules and visiting specialists Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resources Ensure compliance with AORN Guidelines, Joint Commission (TJC), and state and federal regulations Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Implement evidence-based perioperative practices Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement Collaborate across departments to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active RN license (Alaska or eligible for licensure) Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience Minimum 2 years of Surgical Services leadership/management experience Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification BSN or MSN preferred CNOR Certification preferred CSSM Certification preferred Cerner EMR experience preferred Experience with budgeting and fiscal management preferred For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
