Nurse Navigator

Nurse Navigator The Nurse Navigator will coordinate efficient and quality patient care. This role is initiated at the time surgery is scheduled and will continue through the postoperative period. This individual is a patient advocate who serves in a highly supportive and personal manner, ensuring patients and families receive resources and services as needed. Effective communication, organization, compassion, and the ability to provide individual attention to patients is critical to the success of this position.

Required:

MO LPN or RN license in good standing One to three years' nursing experience BLS within 30 days of hire ACLS within six months of hire Our competitive salary package is adjusted to align with the candidate's relevant experience and skills.
