Job Description

Nurse Practitioner needed to work in skilled nursing facility at Allure of Zion for well established group in Lake County. Will be in the house nurse practitioner for Medical Director and round 4 days per week. Nurse practitioner to collaborate with Medical Director for ongoing care of patients in the SNF. Previous experience in skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
