40.0 (Monday - Friday) Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of the occupational health clinic, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met. Diagnose, treat, and medically manage work-related injuries and illnesses for employees. Perform routine medical surveillance, physical examinations, and case reviews for exposure-related programs such as asbestos, heavy metals, environmental toxins, noise, DOT, Fire Brigade, etc. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to Nurse Practitioners, delegating tasks appropriately based on skill and scope of practice. Ensure adequate staffing, assist with scheduling, and monitor patient flow and triage efficiency in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor. Requirements Licensed as a registered professional nurse practitioner required. Masters Degree in Nursing required. Current State of Maine APN license required. Minimum 5 years' experience as a nurse practitioner in family or adult practice required. Previous managerial experience required. Occupational health experience is highly desirable. Must be able to maneuver through the Shipyard and participate in Sea Trials. 1st shift consisting of (5) days per week (Monday-Friday).
