Inpatient Facility Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) to provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting. The provider will support safe medical withdrawal management, oversee continuity of care, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the clinical team to manage patient care and withdrawal treatment plans Administer and monitor medications using EMAR systems Conduct history & physical exams and comprehensive patient evaluations Order and interpret laboratory tests and develop treatment plans Assess admissions and determine medical appropriateness for treatment Prescribe medications, including withdrawal management medications Address patient medical concerns promptly and effectively Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance Coordinate external referrals and follow-up care as needed Participate in on-call coverage as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (FNP or AGNP) DEA and CDS licenses required Current state licensure required Minimum 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred Familiarity with Kipu
