We operate with the precision of clinical medicine and the agility of an entrepreneurial practice. We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in a PRN capacity to start , with the opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership and expansion role for the right clinician . This is not an entry-level aesthetics role . This opportunity is best suited for a clinician who already has a foundation in medical aesthetics and is ready to build that into practice leadership. About the Role This position begins as a production-based PRN role that will convert to a W2 if a good mutual fit is determined. As demand grows, this role can evolve into : Increased clinical volume Expanded scope (hormone optimization, regenerative therapies) Leadership responsibilities Participation in future Bodyloom expansion initiatives You will be empowered to decide how fast that happens. We believe in building sustainable, long-term relationships with clinicians who are aligned with clinical ownership and thoughtful growth . Minimum Clinical Readiness (Required) Applicants should be able to safely and confidently perform the following from day one : Independent medical and aesthetic consultations (with delegation and protocols from MD) Neuromodulator injections (e.g., Botox / Dysport / Xeomin etc.) Aesthetic assessment and treatment planning IV therapy and nutrient/vitamin injections (clinic-based protocols) HRT/TRT Experience (Topical, Injectable, Pellets) Peptides Experience (in addition to Medical Weight Loss) Experience with microneedling, dermal fillers (including lips), PRP/PRF, and related wellness services is expected at a foundational level , even if not yet advanced. This role is not intended for clinicians who are brand new to aesthetic medicine, but we're open to clinicians with a track record of excellent people skills and rapid learning. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner license Prior hands-on experience in medical aesthetics or procedural aesthetic medicine Ability to independently perform neuromodulator injections and IV therapy Strong consultation, communication, listening, and patient education skills Strong interpersonal, relationship, and community building skills Comfort expanding scope responsibly under established clinical protocols Preferred experience (not required; will provide training to the right candidate): Advanced dermal fillers, skin boosters, and biostimulators Microneedling / RF Microneedling / Body SculptingPRP / PRF
Clinical Responsibilities Conduct in-person and virtual patient consultations Administer aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators and other services within scope and training Perform wellness and regenerative treatments as credentialed and trained Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR Follow Bodyloom clinical protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA compliance Collaborate with medical leadership and clinical staff to support patient outcomes Schedule & Compensation PRN / Production-based Flexible scheduling based on confirmed patient appointments (may require late afternoons and weekends) No required minimum hours to startEstimated Compensation:
Common effective earnings range: $50-$85+ per hour , depending on services performed, patient volume, and efficiency Compensation is tied directly to services rendered Hourly fallback rate applies for uncommon events Exact compensation details are reviewed transparently during the interview process.
