We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time position at our outpatient hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) centers. This role is ideal for a medical professional looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:30pm Coverage rotates between centers depending on the week's needs: Some weeks: 2 days in Medina, 1 day in Middleburg Heights, and 1 day in Euclid Other weeks: 2 days in Medina and 2 days in Middleburg Heights Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, including physical exams, histories, and weekly follow-ups. Oversee and manage HBOT treatments for referred patients. Collaborate with referring providers to ensure continuity of care. Supervise and support HBOT technicians and staff as needed. Maintain compliance with quality assurance and safety standards. Educate patients and staff on HBOT practices and benefits. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Unrestricted medical license as an NP or PA in Ohio. ACLS certification. DEA or NCCPA license. Must complete all HBOT training per MHC's policies and procedures. Must be credentialed per MHC's policies and procedures and privileges at the hospital. Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office products. Ability to function in a hyperbaric chamber environment. Must be able to exert, lift, and/or move a minimum of 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 20 lbs. frequently. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient advocacy. Must be willing to travel within OH.
