Job Description

Overview Nore Women's Health is a leading medical practice specializing in peri-menopausal and post-menopausal care. Our services include hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight loss management, pelvic and vaginal health treatments, and comprehensive women's wellness exams. We are seeking an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician's Assistant with a strong background in gynecology, urogynecology, and menopause management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HRT (including pellet therapy), weight loss treatments, and pelvic health. This is a full-time, in-clinic position. After training in our existing clinics (primarily Marietta but potentially Roswell if logistics are workable) we expect the candidate to transition to a lead provider role in one of our new clinics opening in the fall of 2025 in Dunwoody.

Full time position, including ~5 days per week clinical patient visits and remainder for medical records, patient communications and administrative activities.
Compensation:
Competitive salary (based on experience) Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive women's health care in a clinical setting.
  • Conduct gynecologic and urogynecologic assessments, including pelvic exams.
  • Diagnose and treat hormonal imbalances with bioidentical hormone therapy (including pellets).
  • Offer medical weight loss services, including prescribing medications (e.g., Semaglutide, Tirzepatide).
  • Manage pelvic and vaginal health conditions, including menopause-related symptoms.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, wellness strategies, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in ModMed (EMR system)
  • Administer treatments utilizing advanced laser equipment to deliver effective care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate with patients using Klara, a HIPAA-compliant text messaging platform, ensuring secure and timely information exchange.

Required:
Board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Physician's Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with extensive women's health experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in gynecology, urogynecology, or menopause-focused care.
  • Strong background in hormone replacement therapy (including pellet therapy).
  • Experience in medical weight loss management and prescription treatments (including compounded medications).
  • Knowledge of pelvic and vaginal health conditions and treatments.
  • Familiarity with ModMed (EMR system) or similar medical records platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
  • Flexibility to work at both Marietta & Roswell locations as needed. Compensation & Benefits
