The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, possesses strong clinical judgment, and is proficient with electronic medical records (EMR). Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients presenting with pulmonary and sleep-related issues. Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function tests and sleep studies. Develop and manage comprehensive care plans for patients post-testing. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and the use of medical devices like CPAP machines. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of California. Open to recent graduates; experience in pulmonary or sleep medicine is a plus but not required. Strong computer skills and proficiency with EMR systems. Excellent clinical sense and diagnostic abilities. Outstanding communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
