Position Overview:

This is a full-time position with typical office hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining a strong focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and develop treatment plans Diagnose and manage acute and/or chronic conditions Conduct follow-up visits and patient education Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NJ license required) Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
