Nurse Practitioner - Orangeburg, SC

Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Post-Acute Care team in Orangeburg, South Carolina area. This is a Monday-Friday role offering consistency, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team-based environment. Schedule & Setting Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM In-person care at a local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facility Collaborative care alongside attending physicians and on-site teams

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$100,000-$120,000 annually (based on experience) Annual performance-based bonus $1,500 CME stipend + paid holidays Comprehensive benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina (or ability to obtain) Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent) Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferred Passion for geriatric medicine, preventative care, and chronic disease management Interested?
