Nursing Clinical Manager

Lincoln Tech is looking for a Nursing Clinical Manager who will be a part of the school's management team and coordinate the clinical component of the nursing program. Your goal would be to accomplish the program's objectives and support the organization's mission, all while upholding the school's highest standards of quality, ethics, and integrity. Responsibilities for Nursing Clinical Manager Ensure that the school's operations are in compliance with government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures. Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys and review the results with relevant parties Assist with faculty recruitment, orientation, professional development, and evaluation Ensure that all instructors are present, and provisions are made for clinical faculty absences Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences Manage and ensure satisfactory student progress through the clinical rotations and Skill lab process Requirements for Nursing Clinical Manager BSN required, MSN a plus! 3+ years of experience in clinical education Current CT State RN License Full-Time Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Growth Opportunities About Us For 80 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology.
