• Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, First Responders and Civilian Warriors. The facility is hiring a Nursing Director. Pay ranges depending on License and experience/qualifications. Be a part of a great team that assists the brave men and women who serve and continue to serve our Country! Duties to Include but not limited to:
• Detox facility
• assist clients in safely detoxing from substances
• Medication compliance
• Medical documentation
• Working under doctors orders
• Lead Treatment Team Staffing
• Knows, implements and maintains DSHS, JOINT and TriCare standards of care
• Contact with family members, crisis interventions, etc
• Facilitate an educational group = Infectious diseases (TB, HIV, Hep

A, B & C, STD

) only as needed Requirements to include but not limited to:

• Must be licensed in the State of Virginia with good standings
• At least 3 years supervisor/ management experience
• Clean clinical record verified by appropriate agencies
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Team Player and excellent communicator
• Calm demeanor, mission driven, dedicated to sobriety
• Knowledge of addiction and PTSD in the Warrior class
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and Virginia Department of Behavioral Health policies
• HIPAA Compliant
• Computer skills
• word, excel, clinical software
• Multi-task
• Willingness to work on self
