Confidential Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) - Cornwall, PA A reputable skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in the Cornwall, PA area is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead facility operations and drive clinical, financial, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven background in long-term care management, regulatory compliance, team development, and census growth.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily facility operations Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Lead department heads and interdisciplinary teams Drive employee engagement and resident satisfaction Manage budgets, operations, and facility performance Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and referral sources

Qualifications:

Current Pennsylvania NHA license required Skilled nursing/long-term care leadership experience required Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process Proven operational and leadership abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills
