Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator at Grand Oaks Nursing Center, an 79-bed facility located in Baldwin, Michigan that offers short-term rehabilitation rooms as well as extended nursing care beds. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for administration, strategic planning and supervision of the clinical and non-clinical operations affecting the delivery of care and services to promote optimal functioning, independence and autonomy of our residents. Candidate Requirements:

A current, unencumbered Michigan Nursing Home Administrators License At least two years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator High level attention to detail Excellent organizational & communication skills Demonstrated abilities related to financial management, planning, problem solving, quality improvement and regulatory knowledge. High levels of energy with a high dose of optimism & positivity Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple activities You must be comfortable jumping right in and handling tasks as needed, asking clarifying questions Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency required.
