Preferred Qualifications:

An associate's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field. Must hold a valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license issued by the Arkansas State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators. Extensive understanding of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes, including the Arkansas Nursing Home Licensing Act and CMS guidelines. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents, compliance with all regulatory requirements, efficient operational practices, and the financial health of the facility. Minimum Qualifications An associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Licensure/Certifications Must hold a valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license issued by the Arkansas State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
