  • Full-time We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our back office billing team in Lawrence, NY.
This position supports a group of nursing homes and works with the billing department to help keep accounts accurate, organized, and moving. Responsibilities include claim follow-up, payment posting support, insurance verification, resident account review, aging follow-up, and general billing department support. The ideal candidate has nursing home, healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance billing experience. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and comfort working with billing systems are important. This is a full-time, in-office position in Lawrence, NY, working under an experienced billing team.
