Job Responsibilities As a Nursing Manager , you will oversee nursing operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a psychiatric setting. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and uphold compliance with state and federal regulations. This position will be overseeing the Special Needs Unit for adolescents with Autism.
