Minimum 2 years About the Role We are hiring an experienced Physical Therapist for a 12-week contract in Boulder City, NV. This role supports multiple care settings, including outpatient, inpatient, long-term care, home health, and medical/surgical/telemetry patient populations. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide therapy services across outpatient, inpatient, long-term care, and home health settings Support mobility, strength, balance, functional recovery, and independence Treat patients in medical/surgical and telemetry care areas as needed Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans appropriately Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Complete accurate and timely documentation Requirements Active Nevada Physical Therapist license required Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience required Substantial outpatient setting experience required

BLS/BCLS
