We are looking for a high-performing Systems & Platform Manager who wants more than a typical IT or support role.

What Youll DoOwn and support critical internal and customer-facing business platformsImprove workflows, automation, reporting, and operational processesCoordinate with third-party software vendors, developers, and technology partnersHelp evolve and improve customer-facing portal experiences and usabilityAssist with integrations between operational systems and external platformsSupport platform configuration, user permissions, workflows, forms, and reportingIdentify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve scalabilityWork with leadership to translate business needs into technology solutionsSupport operational data consistency across departmentsAssist with light internal IT coordination, onboarding, and troubleshooting as neededDocument processes and recommend system improvementsWhat Were Looking ForStrong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilityTechnically curious and eager to learnComfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environmentAble to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyStrong communicator with both technical and non-technical usersOrganized and process-orientedSelf-starter mentality with strong ownership mindsetComfortable working independently and driving projects forwardHelpful Experience (Not Required)Experience in areas such as:
