Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary:
The Manager, Programmatic Account Management is responsible for the full post-sale execution and management of Clear Channel Outdoors's industry-leading programmatic approach for top tier clients across our roadside, airport, and Times Square inventory footprints. This role oversees Account Managers and interfaces strategically with the Product, Ad Operations, Data, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure Clear Channel Outdoor has the campaign activation approach and process infrastructure in place to continue to scale our programmatic business. Job Responsibilities Ensures priority accounts are being serviced optimally by the Account Managers and engages with key supply-side and demand-side platforms to enhance these partnerships. Proactively works with high value existing clients and partners to create new revenue opportunities and drive renewals. Oversees team's management of live campaigns on a daily basis to ensure they are delivering and meeting the clients' objectives. Assists team in developing optimization recommendations at the campaign and agency levels. Manages, coaches, and develops their team; holds them accountable against metrics and customer expectations, provides recognition and performance feedback by maximizing individual's talents. Partners with Sales team to maintain tight linkage between pre/post-sale execution. Handles escalations that pertain to PMP deal setup, creative trafficking, third party integrations, inventory management, and/or campaign delivery discrepancies. Manages execution of projects such as DOOH inventory enablement, cross-campaign analytics / yield optimization and team process development. Liaises with the data team to review research study outcomes, communicate solutions that demonstrate KPI achievement, and enable optimizations Other projects and duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience. Work Experience Minimum four (4) years working across functions in the media agency, publisher, or OOH media-owner space in a media planning, media buying or account management capacity. Two (2) years working in a programmatic-heavy or programmatic-centric role, working with ad technology (i.e., platforms, products, and monetization), understanding of RTB/DSPs/SSPs, and managing ad campaigns preferred. Sell-side account management or agency experience preferred. Manager experience preferred. Skills Knowledgeable with the principles of ad serving, analytics, and DMPs. Solid understanding of relevant campaign metrics (foot traffic, reach frequency, tune-in, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), PowerBI, and Atlassian platforms. Competencies Attention to
