Job Description:

DMV Clerk ensures the accurate and efficient processing of DMV transactions Resolving customer's issues in a timely manner Completing their tasks before the end of the day Make sure their accounting matches Understands and follows corresponding NY DMV processing guidelines Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner within company timelines Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must have a NY drivers Licence or

ID I9 USCIS

2+ years in customer service High school DiplomaI Basic computer knowledge

Experience:

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Excellent written & communication skills Teamplayer Fluent in English.
