HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level clinical role. This role requires a provider with strong clinical judgment, surgical capability, and the ability to manage both routine and high-risk obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative care environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across clinic and hospital settings Manage prenatal care, including high-risk pregnancies and complex cases Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgical procedures Conduct hospital rounding and oversee post-operative care Participate in call rotation to ensure continuity of care Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and long-term health outcomes Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation Required Qualifications (Highly Important) Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain) Demonstrated experience managing high-risk obstetric patients Proven surgical experience in gynecologic procedures Ability to participate in hospital call schedule (~10 days/month) Strong communication and collaboration skills Stable and consistent clinical work history Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Experience in high-volume OB/GYN environments Background in both outpatient and inpatient care delivery Experience interpreting or reviewing ultrasound imaging Ability to manage clinic, surgical, and hospital responsibilities efficiently Exposure to community-based or patient-centered care settings HireNow Disqualifiers Jumpy or unstable employment history Not board certified in OBGYN No high-risk obstetric experience Limited or no surgical experience Inability to participate in call coverage Poor communication or inability to work in team-based environments HireNow Checklist HireNow Staffing is recruiting candidates who meet the following profile: Board-certified OBGYN with strong clinical foundation Experience in prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic surgeries Comfortable managing high-risk patient populations Ability to balance clinic and hospital responsibilities Strong documentation and compliance practices Stable employment history with consistent tenure Willingness to participate in call rotation

HireNow Package Salary:

$310,000 - $375,000 base
