Work Experience Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Maryland Experience in OB/GYN, women's health, or related acute care strongly preferred A collaborative mindset with strong clinical judgment and communication skills Passion for patient-centered care and improving maternal health outcomes Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
