Join our Desert Hot Springs, CA team! Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Midwife Preferred)
Salary:
$142,000 to $178,000 annually + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Requirements to Apply
  • Master s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
  • Active California NP or PA license and DEA registration
  • Minimum one year of experience as an NP or PA
  • BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) upon hire
NP:
Active RN license and ANCC or AANP certification
    PA:
    NCCPA certification required

    Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and managing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams. The provider will support preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education while ensuring timely documentation and adherence to clinical quality standards. The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and experienced in working with diverse or underserved populations. Benefits
