SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Occupational Health Manager, the Occupational Health Specialist will assist with health information collection and review for new/established employees, volunteers, students and contract personnel as well as the administration of required immunizations, drug screens or lab work across the health system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Health assessment, information collection and review, immunization administration, phlebotomy and urine drug screening Event investigation, report development,
• Data entry, health file development and maintenance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current New York State Registered Nurse Licensure Active BLS via the American Heat Association

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. COHN certification preferred. Minimum 3 years' acute care experience as a Registered Nurse preferred. Previous experience in a physician office or occupational health setting preferred. Immunization administration experience preferred.

PAY RANGE

$81,646.00

• $99,293.
