$55-$65/hour DOE ✨ Supportive Team Environment ✨ New Graduate Friendly ✨ Opportunity to Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day ✨ Collaborative Skilled Nursing & Rehab Setting What You'll Do As a Staff Occupational Therapist, you will: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, ADLs, and independence Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team Supervise COTAs, aides, and students Participate in care conferences and rehab meetings Educate residents and caregivers on safety, fall prevention, adaptive equipment, and home programs Recommend assistive devices and adaptive equipment Maintain timely and compliant documentation Provide staff education and in-services Support quality improvement and restorative nursing programs Qualifications βœ” Licensed Occupational Therapist in California βœ” Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required βœ” New Grads encourage to apply! βœ” CPR Certification if required by licensure βœ” Strong communication and teamwork skills βœ” Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply! βœ” Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare is a plus Who You Are You are compassionate, energetic, patient-focused, and committed to helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.
