Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote resident independence, functional ability, and quality of life Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for rehabilitation and wellness Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care Provide education and training to residents, family members, and care staff on occupational therapy techniques, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology Monitor resident progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes About the
