Job Description

JOB DETAILS A
school district in the West Rutland, Vermont area is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a travel assignment serving K-6 students for the upcoming school year. This position offers approximately thirty-five hours per week with seven-hour days and involves traveling between multiple school sites to support the delivery of both direct and consultative services as outlined in each student's IEP, under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The assignment runs from August through June, and candidates should hold the appropriate Vermont COTA licensure and feel comfortable working in an elementary setting that prioritizes collaboration with teachers, related service providers, and support staff. West Rutland is a scenic New England community known for its small-town charm, access to the Green Mountains, and abundant year-round outdoor activities, making it an appealing location for professionals who enjoy a quieter pace of life surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes.
