Summary As an Occupational Therapist at APT Healthcare, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our patients through personalized therapy plans and interventions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and goals. Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patients' needs and progress. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and techniques for daily living activities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Provide support for activities of daily living (ADLs) to enhance patient independence. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in occupational therapy. Benefits Annual salary of $90,000 for an Occupational Therapist to treat in an Outpatient setting. $5,000 Structured Sign on Bonus in addition to a salary offer. As an APT Healthcare Occupational Therapist you will implement and administer treatment programs and focus on providing the highest quality treatment for patients, that allows for excellent patient outcomes. You will have an integral role in helping your patients reach their treatment goals and objectives. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Some Hand Therapy/Upper Extremity experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and care planning processes. Experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Be available to work Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 11 AM - 7 PM and Tuesdays/Thursdays 8 AM - 4 PM, each week.
