We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment with a collaborative interdisciplinary team and strong clinical leadership. Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and ADL performance Train residents in activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required) Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required Benefits Competitive salary Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO)
