School-Based Work Setting :

Onsite / In Person Position Overview We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-person therapy services for students receiving special education services at Crownpoint Community School. The selected providers will support students through evaluations, therapy services, progress monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with school staff and families. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to identified students Conduct or assist with student evaluations and assessments Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings Support development of student goals and recommendations Maintain therapy documentation, service logs, and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents Monitor student progress and support educational outcomes Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation Sign in and out at the school front office daily QualificationsFor Occupational Therapist (OT)

Applicants:

Active Occupational Therapist license

For COTA Applicants:

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant certification/license Additional Requirements Ability to work onsite in Crownpoint, NM Ability to pass required federal background screening Strong communication and documentation skills School-based or pediatric experience preferred Required Compliance Documentation Selected candidates may be required to provide: Background screening documentation TB test results Immunization records Professional license/certification verification Schedule Providers may work onsite one to two days per week throughout the school year based on student caseload and service requirements.

Pay:
