Occupational Therapist Come join the team of dedicated professionals in our in house Rehab program here at Sterling Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. We welcome the opportunity to speak with you so we can share with you the services and programs we offer. Located right off Routes 190 & 140, we are 15 minutes from Worcester & Leominster, and 25 minutes from Gardner & Marlborough. Our beautiful, modern 143 bed facility is situated on 22 pastoral acres and includes a STR/subacute unit and two long term care units. Our programs include long term care, respite, hospice, and short term rehab including post surgical, wound care, orthopedic, stroke recovery, cardiopulmonary and respiratory.
