This is a great opportunity for an OTR looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients. The OTR will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to help patients improve their ability to perform daily living and functional activities.

Pay Range:

$42-$55 per hour

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and patient needs Help patients improve strength, mobility, coordination, independence, and daily living skills Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, exercises, and safety techniques

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license in the state OTR certification required Previous experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented approach
