• Nahant, MA (Contract) A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services in Nahant, MA.

This role supports students during the Extended School Year (ESY) from July 8 to August 9, with potential continued work three days per week during the 2024-2025 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to school-aged children to support their educational goals Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support Conduct assessments and track progress for various developmental and functional skills Deliver services primarily on Wednesday mornings during ESY with possibility of expanded days in the upcoming school year

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in school-based settings Knowledge of educational interventions and protocols within public or private school systems Ability to adapt therapy sessions to student needs and learning environments Strong communication and collaboration skills working with multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to provide services during ESY and potentially 3 days per week during 24/25 school year
