This opportunity offers a rewarding contract position for an Occupational Therapist (OT) serving K-12 students in a supportive school environment near Fort Lupton, CO, approximately 40 minutes northeast of Denver. This full-time role involves working across multiple district buildings, providing both direct therapy and comprehensive evaluation services.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload Conduct thorough student evaluations to inform individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate actively as part of IEP teams to develop and implement effective student support plans Supervise and work closely with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) within the district Maintain clear and accurate documentation to meet school and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure Experience working within school settings preferred, particularly with K-12 populations Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple buildings efficiently Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and student advocacy Prior experience supervising or mentoring COTA staff is a plus
