Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT licensure or eligibility for licensure in Kansas Background in school-based, home health, or pediatric settings preferred Familiarity with IEP creation, implementation, and documentation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families Innovative, compassionate, and adaptable approach to therapy delivery Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a dynamic caseload

Key Responsibilities:
