Key Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT license valid in California Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred Comfort with both onsite and teletherapy service delivery models Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs and learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students' unique needs and strengths Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver engaging, evidence-based OT sessions in either a virtual or in-person format Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress toward IEP goals Consult with educators, support staff, and families to create accessible classroom environments Provide recommendations for accommodations, classroom modifications, and assistive technology as appropriate Foster a positive and supportive therapeutic atmosphere that motivates student success
